Kerensky continually insists on the necessity of defeating tlm enemy, but he has many enemies, including the extreme anarchial elements. It is impossible to say what will happen if Kerensky is forced to resign. COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF. (Reuter.) PETROGRAD, April 16. General Alexieff has been definitely appointed Oommander-in-Chief.
