GERMANS ANXIOUS TO SURRENDER Received April 11, 2.40 p.m. LONDON, April 10. Mr Philip Gibbs gives a glowing account of the Canadians' exploits at Vimy Ridge. He emphasises the disgust of the German officers at seeing the anxiety of their men to surrender.
