I Renter’s Telegram.) Received April 9, 3 p.m. COPENHAGEN. April 8. By an explosion of shells at J fasen, 88 were seriously injured. ANGLO DUTCH, SHIPPING QUESTION. (Reuter’s Telegram.) Received April 9, 3 p.m. AMSTERDAM, April 8. The Dutch Government has informed Britain that it adhered to its decision not to admit armed merchantmen to Dutch ports. Meantime, Britain has agreed to release Dutch grain vessels at Halifax, and to allow them to proceed home without touching at a British port.
