KAISER APPEALS FOR GOD’S HELP. (Reuter's TelegisnO Received February 1, 2.30 p.m. AMSTERDAM, January 31. The Kaiser telegraphed to the Director of the Province of Brandenburg as under:—“ After 30 months of warfare, rich in sacrifices, the entire German people, in holy wrath at the rejection of my peace off, and inspired anew with redoubled strength, stands as one man with the Kaiser in order to victoriously pass through the final bloody battle, which has now become inevitable, for home freedom. May God, who is our good sword, help us.”
