HAWERI RACES, 31st JANUARY AND Ist FEBRUARY, 1917. |“kN 31st January and Ist February passenger train leaves Wanganui 6.45 a.m., Hawera 10.45,' a.m., arriving Racecourse 10.50 a.m. Return trains leave Racecourse 6.10 p.m,, Hawera 4.35 p.m., and 6.25 p.m., arriving Wanganui 8.20 p.m. and 10.2 p.m. The usual 9.10 a.m. train from Wanganui and the usual 11.15 a.m. from Hawera will stop at Hawera Racecourse to set down passengers, and the usual 12.50 p.m. train from New Plymouth will stop at Racecourse to pick up passengers. Passenger train will leave Hawera 6 1 p.m.. Racecourse 6.15 p.m., for Whangamomona, Waitara, and New Plymouth. Holiday Excursion tickets, available for return until 3rd February, 1917, will be issued to Hawera Racecourse from New Plymouth, Waitara, Whangamor‘ma, Wanganui, and intermediate stations on 31st January and by morning train on let February.
