Received January 23, 9.35 a.m. LONDON, January 22. - The Daily Chronicle's Amsterdam correspondent states that reliable pews from Germany shows that when the naval and military preparations &re complete Germany will suddenly revive a widespread and' ihost yiolent warfare. Large new armies and numerous new submarines will Boon-he ready. The new armies are said to numbe/ 120 corps. They consist largely of men between 40 and 45, with the youngest levies, and are already concentrated at the West German depots, suggesting confirmation of the reports that Germany will early attempt a new offensive ta the West. There seems every probability it will open in a few weeks, &nd that all forms of frightfulness are stored up,' including new gases.
