ENEMY USE CLOUDS OF GAS.
BUT ATTACKS ALL STOPPED. Received November 29, 9 u-m. PARIS. November 28. A communique states: —The enemy used three successive clouds of asphyxiating gas at the Bethincourt sector, and then made a violent bombardment. Our curtains of fire stopped the infantry the moment tho attack began.
