The Corriere Della Sera nays that portion of the Austro-German forces have been withdrawn from/ Servia and sent to Rnstchuk. M. Bratiano (Roumanian War Minister) has intimated that ho cannot allow Austro-German troops below Rustchuk. The Roumanian troops which were at Giurgovo have been transferred to Oltenitsa. Roumanian territory bordering on the Danube has been declared a military zone.
