The Appeal Court sat to hear argument in the case removed from the Supremo Court at Wanganui, between George Cecil Harper, of Makirikiri. farmer, and William Waring Taylor, of Puheron, farm manager, plaintiffs, and Amv Florence Jobliu and Arthur John Joblin, of Taihape. defendants. Tlie action is for specilic performance of a written contract for the sale of certain farm lands. Evidence in the action was taken before Mr Justice Edwards at Wanganui, and the case was then removed tor further consideration in the Court of Appeal. Argument is proceeding- ■
