SUPPLIES FOR GERMANY
SWEDISH STEAMER ARRESTED. COPENHAGEN', October 25. The Swedish .steamer Hugo left Trondhjeim with BJO bales of rubber, bound for Archangel. The Norwegian authorities, suspecting that she was going to (Jer menv, .scut a torpedoer to' follow her, which found the Hugo changing her course to southwards. She was arrested and taken to Christiansand. The captain pretended that he intended to complete his cargo at Bergen.
