A communique which has beep delayed admits that the Bulgarians, after sanguinary fighting at Vlasina on Sunday, cut the railway northward of Vranja. Later advices state that a great battle is proceeding but has not yet reached a decision. French troops are rapidly advancing from Ghevgeli towards Vranja.
