RESTRICTING HOURS AND FACILITIES. .Press Association.—Telegraph Copyright. : SYDNEY, October 21 y; In the Assembly, the Hon. D. B. Ilatl gave notice of a Bill restricting hotel hours from 8• in the morning to 10 at night- Previously the hours were from, 6. a.m. -to 11, p.m. The Bill also, provides that instead of being allowed to purchase liquor for sis hours on Good Friday and Christmas Day tor consumption off the premises, the time is limited to four hours on these days and the liquor must be consumed on the premises.
