The member for Duller recently asked the Postmaster-General if he could sec his way to order that all parcels of food.or other necessities should be carried free by poet to the men being trained in the various camps in this country. Sir Joseph "Ward replied as follows: “I regret I am unable to see my way to accede to this request. If the Minister of Defence thinks it necessary to supplement the supplies of food or other necessaries %o soldiers in camp, he will doubtless take the proper steps for carrying this into effect.” 1 1
