The next step would be the retrocession of the isands occupied by Italy, which would be effected as soon as Italy Obtained the railway concession in Asia, for which negotiations were proceeding. When the islands were surrendered, direct negotiations would be opened will Greece for the exchange of them for Chios and Mitylene. Aziz Iley, recently commander at Cyrenica, has been arrested for conspiring against the committee of the Union.
