The attendance was not so largo as usual, and several apologies for absence were sent. It was resolved unanimously to apply for the use of the Council Chambers for a midday meeting on March 20, the Rev. W. B. Sco t to bo the speaker. The secretary, Mr H. G('instead, announced that it was with regret that lie must ask to bo relieved of his duties, but as his evangelistic work would take him away from home a good deal during the year ho could take no other course.
