PARIS FASHIONS.
(Titnes-Sydney Sun Special Service.) (By Telegraph.) PARIS, February 16.

The feminine silhouette will change hourly: in the morning it will be boyish and slightly daring; in the afternoon give the effect of a rustic festival; and in the evening it will be a strange medley of Eastern dignity, with early Victorian virtue.
