The police arc rigorously repressing street demonstrations in connection with the growing anti-tax agitation, duo to the Budget not affording relief. Two hundred’ arrests have been made. RIOTOUS SCENES IN DIET. Received February 16. 9.20 a.m. TOKIO, February 15. Riotous, scenes occurred in the Diet. An outsider entered the committee room and assaulted a member, who was sent to the hospital, having been seriously injured.
