The.Derry Council passed a resolution asking for a Government inquiry into tho actions of the constabulary and police in failing to protect tho Unionist procession, and alleging that they deliberately broke ibo windows of the Unionist quarter with batons and rifles, and that a shgt from one of their rifles killed Armstrong.
