PUBLIC SERVICE OVER-SUPPLIED. WILL NOT HE ADMITTED TO EXAM. 1 NATION THIS VEAR. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 25. A Gazette notice notifies that as the number of female app.icants, already qualilied for cadetships in the public servico very greatly exceeds the number of suitable vacancies likely to occur for Diem in 1915 and 1914, it has been decided not to admit any female candidate to the public service entrance examination of November, 1913. This does not effect the admission of girls to the intermediate examination for scholarships and senior freeplace and other purposes, to bo held at the same time.
