; WANGANUI CLUB’S MEETING. Judging from the number of inquiries which are coming to hand for programmes from all parts of the coast, -the forthcoming meeting of the Wanganui Plumpton Coursing Club should be a big success. Tho meeting is to he held on the 7th and 9th August, and nominations are due next Saturday, the 2nd August. The events to be decided include a Malden Stake, Open ■ Stake, and Supplementary Stake, and as there is every indication of a largo number of dogo.being engaged, tho prize money should be well worth winning.
