To-morrow (Tuesday), Mr J. H. Kecsing will sell by auction, at tho Fire Brigade Hall, a desirable freehold, with residence of five rooms, hall, passage, washhouse (copper and tubs), bothroom, and pantry. The property is ' situated in Queen’s Avenue, Heads Road. The. amount of cash required is small. The sale will be held at 12.30 p.m.
Benefield and Sons', Aramoho, are offering 3, 4 and 5-year-old frjiit trees at their sale on Wednesday next—trees that will bear this season.
Several good little properties are offered for sale on page 8 by Mr John D. Brechin. These sections and houses are situated in town and suburbs. See them for yourself and benefit thereby.
To-morrow, at noon, Messrs Williams and Harper arc selling by auction, on tlio Presbyterian 'Church, site, Victoria Avenue, a large quantity of timber and iron. Anyone requiring timber for outbuildings or fencing will find what they require here. It is being put up in lots to suit purchasers. The sale will start at noon.

On Wednesday next, at 11 a.m., Messrs Williams and Harper will sell by auction, at their rooms, a Clement-Talbot motorcar, with all accessories, in good running order ; also a four-seated Argyle car. This sale offers a good opportunity to anyone wanting a cheap motor-car.
