THE TUCKWELL CASE
AGAIN BEFORE THE COURT. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 8. The Tuckwcll case, which caused much interest some time ago, was again before the Supreme Court to-day, when the question of costs for Gillespie and whether George Tuckwcll, the missing son and principal beneficiary under his father's will, had left issue, was considered. Judge Cooper allowed Mr Gillespie Jo Ids for filing and preparing tho affidavit, and ordered that advertisements be inserted for claims against the estate to be made within a certain period, and that at the expiration of that period the Public Trustee bo at liberty to act in disposing of the estate to relations.
