KING'S riCTDGES. To-night the usual change will he made, and the new programme is well in keeping with the good name of King's,. The star drama is entitled “ilis Brother's Crime.” It, is well supported by “Michael Dwyer,” "The Ranch Girl’s Trial,” and “Tim Tollgate Raiders,” and comedies and scenic items of the usual high qua'ity. The orchestra has rehearsed somb new and appropriate music to accompany the films, and combined with the pictures malm a capital evening’s entertainment.
THE LYCEUM TiIEATEE. CONTINUOUS PICTURES COMMENCE TO-DAY AT 2 p.m. This afternoon Hayward’s Enterprises inaugurated the coik. minus picture entertainment in Wanganui. The exhibitions start sharp at 2 p.m. qiul continue on till 5 p.m., and them from 0 p.m. till 10.30. The opening programme includes the vorv latest picture releases. The star picture, “A Western Land,” a very powerful drama, will be supported by the famous Vitagraph comedy and dramatic successes. Scenic and educational films will be a strong feature in the continuous programmes. A great feature of the continuous pictures is that no matter what time yon visit the theatre you will always see the full programme. Von simply wait till the first picture you have seen comes around again, then von please yourself if you take another look at the programme nr leave the theatre. The management have arranged for only the latest films to be screened, and are confident that tho public of Wanganui will be satisfied witli the entertainments that they intend to place before them in the new continuous venture.
