The new military regulations provide that liquor ordered on medical authority tc be issued to troops in bad weather or on social occasions must be consumed in tho presence of the officers. .Vo one refusing to consume the liquor shall be subjected to ridicule. No liquor is to be supplied to those under 21 whose parents have notified that they objedt. In ordinary cases of severe weather or excessive fatigue an extra supply of coffee, tea and cocoa shall be given instead of Liquor. The use of bad and immoral language and cigarette smoking is strictly prohibited. The regulations apply whenever the Territorials are wearing uniform.
