FULLERS' PICTURES. "ZIOOAIAK” TO-XIOUT. ;To-night, at flic Opera House, Messrs John Fuller ami Sons will present the second instalment of the adventures, culminating in the death, of “Zigomar,’’ the bandit chief. The film it> said to he one of the finest and most enthralling 1 dramatic .subjects over put into picture mo- | tion, and, besides its great length, the episodes follow To rapidly and realistically that it is said the almost breathless interest of the audience is focussed right throughout. Reginning wich the death of Paulin Rro(|iiet, the .story shows him bequeathing to Nick Carter, detective,- the | (ask of pursuing and capturing Zig.nnar j and bis band. Incidents in the adventures ] of the chief, and the movements and methods of his hand follow. Then Carter comes into active and direct conflict with the outlaws, but bis venture almost cuds in disaster, for be is captured and condemned to suffer a horrible death, .lust in time, however, his assistant. Olga, rescues him in most dramatic fashion, and Carter resumes the pursuit anew, Ry a clever ruse, he throws Zigomar and his comrades off their guard, and while the j latter are rejoicing over what they believe' is a victory over the law, Caiter and his assistants raid them, and take them prisoners. Zigomar cheats the gallows, however, for he pretends to faint, and one of his female accomplices offers him what appear to be smelling salts, in reality poison. Zigomar instantly drinks it. and, flinging defiance ;'t his captors, ends bis life as dramatically as be had lived it. This fine picture is said to possess, a grip that never relaxes a moment from start to finish, .so that it may well be expected that a big audience will fill the opera House to-night and succeeding nights. THE NORWOODS. On Tuesday and Wednesday next Professor Norwood will appear in the Opera House in a brief carewell visit. When here recently Professor Norwood quite maintained Die reputation that had preceded him, and the audience on the occasions on which he appeared have pleasant recollections of a mystifying yet pleasing entertainment, and the antics that his subjects performed at his behest will linger in their memories for some considerable time. It is almost unnecessary to proclaim his merits. Those who have witnessed his two performances here have already done so, and it is safe to say that bumper house.-, will greet him.
