A CASE AT AUCKLAND. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May Id. At (he Police Court, lieniy B. Gormlev was charged with making a false declaration to the Customs re greenstone from Sydney. Gormlev thereupon produced another invoice showing the value at Util, and stated the goods were sent to he sold on commission, larger invoice showing only (lie selling value.
