Press Association.-Telegraph.—Copyright. Received May 8, 9.40 a.m. ° SYDNEY, May 8. The Rev. Morgan has been elected Moderator of tbc Presbyterian General Assembly. In his inaugural address, referring to the union of the churches, he asked was it to be a corporate union or not? On such a question there was no clear vision, and they must seek the guidance of the Holy .Spirit Union did not necessarily mean welding denominations, and imbuing them all with the same spirit. They must aim to establish mutual understanding, and they had the most efficient union already made.
