APPEAL TO SCOTTISH PUBLIC. Frees Association. —Telegraph. —Copyright Received April 9, 10.55 a.m. LONDON, April 8. The Duke of Argyll, in a letter approving of a general appeal to the Scottish public to support reunion, says he rejoices that eftorts are being made to terminate the outward forms of separation. He adds that these exist chiefly in the form and for the exaltation of the Church of Rome.
