Finlav (YVestralia), wjth 15 points, won the first test for the King’s Cup at the Bath Club Vehicle was second with 10 points. Atkinson (New Zealand) was third, with eight point*. In Hie 600 yards teams’ race, London beat the Overseas Dominion by a touch.
SWIMMING. LONDON. July 9. An onormou* crowd witnessed the swimming at Higligato Ponds. Finlay won tho King's Cup, aud increased his points to 30. Kcbiolo 20. Blathcrwick 14. Atkinson (New Zealand) 10, Champion (Now Zealand) 6. Johnston (Canada) won the 110 yards handicap for over-seas viaitors; Draper (Canada) was second), Cadet Fnrniss (New South YYales) third. Hardwick (New South Wales) fourth. Tho Australasian team—consisting of YVoodger and Skeet (Now Zealanders), Steward (Tasmania), arid YVhcatlcy (Victoria) —won Hie mile relay race, run at. Beckenham.
