FAILING TO REGISTER.
A YOUTH FINED £4. (Per United Press Association). WELLINGTON, July 7. A youth named William Cornish was convicted to-day by Magistrate Riddell on a charge of failing to register for territorial service. Objection had been made on conscientious grounds. The Magistrate inflicted a tine of four pounds.
