LONDON, July 7. Contrary to tlie Dublin announcement, inquiries in official quarters show that no arrangements’have been made for the Lord Mayor’s presence on Leeson Street bridge on the occasion of their Majesties’ arrival. The Daily Mail says the Lord Mayor intends to welcome the sovereigns in tho name of the Nationalists and Catholics.
