IN THE MATTER of a Bill to vest certain lands in the Wanganui Harbour Board ]VrOTICE is hereby given that it is intemled to present to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the next ensuing session thereof a Bill to be intituled "The Wanganui Harbour Board Vesting Act ion.”"' j The object which the said Bill is intended to effect is to vest lands described in the Schedule in the \) aagauui Harbour Board for the purposes for which such Board is constituted and subject to the provisions of the Harbours Act 1908 and its amendments. A copy of the said Bill and a plan of the land affected thereby are deposited at the Mam.-t;ale's Court at W anganui and are now open at that place to public inspection. SCHEDULE.
