CORONATION GRANDEUR.
SPLENDOURS OF THE PAST RECALLED. VANCOUVER, June 30. The Seattle Times, in an article on the King’s Coronation, says: “It is doubtful whether Rome’s most august Caesars over gathered together a more imposing retinue. Necessarily they never paraded before so many representatives of varied peoples. “Tho ceremony serves to recall the splendours of tho past, aud in the most alluring manner gives to modernity a certain appreciation of the men and days when the great conception of government economics and morality that now rule with us was in the process of making.”
