There was a good attendance of buyers, and bidding was keen. Crnteliings, owing to absence" of orders, wore lowed by Jd to id per II) for clean light wool, and about equal to last sales closing rates iov heavy and seedy lots. Skins, hides, and tallow sold well up to late rates. Messrs Murray, Roberts and Co., Wellington. report;—Wc offered to-day iff) bales of wool, 5000 sheepskins, 200 hides, and several lots of tallow. The attendance was good, and we experienced a keen sale with animated bidding. Prices remained oil a par with late rates for sheepskins, hides firmed (o the extent of an eighth fo an occasional farthing per lb, and wool lots with the exception of erutchiugs, which were occasionally a forthing cheaper, remained steady.
