Mr Masseys allegations regarding the danger of native landlordism were referred to as a tissue of mis-statements. The speaker declared that Mr Hcrrics was the only member of the Oppcoitiou who knew anything about native affairs, and he had never been guilty of the false criticism levelled by Messrs Massey, Allan, and Hcrdman.
