A canvas of the Senate’s views indicates that there will be practically no opposition, the Senate understanding that its treaty ratifying powers arc fully converged. FRANCE READY TO NEGOTIATE. WASHINGTON, June 30. Unofficial advices state that France is ready to negotiate a similar treaty.
