RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS

(Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN. June 29. At a meeting of the Anglican Synod today the following motion was carried without dissent;— That this Synod approves of tlic New South Wales system of religions education in schools, and heartily welcomes (ho prospect of co-operation with other religious bodies with a view to having the system adopted by the Parliament of the Dominion.
