MARTON, June 29, At a meeting of the committee, of the Marlon Jockey Club to-day, a sub-com-mittee was appointed to confer with the Eaugitikei Racing Club with the view of relieving them of any possible loss after the realisation of assets. NAPIER PARK MEETING. CONCLUDING DAY. NAPIER, June 29. The Winter Meeting of the Napier Park Racing Club concluded to-day. The weather was u decided improvement on the previous day, although it was still cold and threatening. The sum of .£9.585 was put through the totalisator, against ,£(i(i:i{j ior the second day last year, making ,£19,064 for the meeting, or .£0,998 more than in 1910. Concluding results: Park Steeplechase, about 34 miles.—lloanga 1, Lingerer 3, Rosegrove 3. Rosegrove lost her ruler, and Lingerer came down, but both horses were re-mounted.. At the finish Hoanga -was the length of the straight in front, the same distance between second and third. Time, 6.19 1-5. Ladies’ Bracelet, one mile.—Scots Eusilier 1, Eufiilia 3, Goldfinch 3.. Won easily hy eight lengths. Time, 1.58 1-5. Poraite Hurdles Handicap, Iff miles.D’Nil 1, Windage 3, Tina Toa 3. Won by two lengths. 30 lengths between second and third. Time, 3.39 4-5. Newstead Hack Handicap, seven furlongs.—Otalm 1, Fuss 3, Stonrton 3. Won anyhow by six lengths. Time, 1.11 4-5.
