Chief interest to-merrow will centra round the College-Waverley match, which, takes place on the Bee. at 3 p.m. teams have so far had an unbroken record ' and both have shown that they can play fast, open football. Deakin, Wcverley’a crack back, has been laid up through injuries, but takes the field again to-morrow. Gibbons and Younghuaband, two College backs who have also been hora do combat, will make their re-appearance. Waver ley supporters are very sanguine that their team will win comfortably but, on Die ether hand, the opinion has been expraossd that the College hoys will run the eonhtry players off their feet. Whichever way the game goes it wil undoubtedly be faat and i’ tcresting. In addition to this match 01 Bovs meet Kaierau at. 1.30 and Eaetern play Wanganui at 3 p.m. on No. S-grouai. Oid Boys are reported to have the beet team that has represented them this ae*> eon, so thir game with Kaierau should ha x good ono, while the Wangatiui-Eaetern nulch should also be close, though the red and blacks are expected to win.
