An interesting and pretty wedding was celebrated at Christ Church, Wanganui, today. The occasion was the marriage of Uias Margnerita Kate (Ureta) Krull j to Mr Charles McKellar Strouts. The | ceremony was conducted by the Yen. | Archdeacon Jacob. The bride, who was given away by her lather, looked very charming in a handsome and pretty frock of soft ivory satin, daintily veiled with niuun do soi’ and trimmed with real lace the square-cut' train being turned back at one corner with a large satin bow. She wore the customary veil and wreath, aad carried a beautiful shower bouquet. She was attended by two bridesmaids, Miss Kathleen Thompson (niece of the bride) and Miss Nina Jackson, both of whom looked pretty in short frocks of pal? blue satin, voilled with ninon, and trimmed with satin roses and silver insertion, the small hats being of pale blue satin to match. They carried pretty sheaths tied v. ith heliotrope ribbons. The bride was also attended by little Miss Marjorie -..undeis, who looked sweet in white spot mihdiu and mob cap to match. She, too, carried a sheath bouquet. Mr Charles Wilson acted as' best man. and Mr Frit* Krull as groomsman. Mr Alfred Garner, brother of the bride, officiated as best man, assisted bv Mr Stanley Brookie, nephew of ) the bridegroom. The bride was given i away by her brother, Mr Edward Garner, 1 of New Plymouth. After the ceremony j the wedding party were entertained at j the residence of the bride’s mother. Ball j Stpeet.
