(Per United Frees Association.) > BLENHEIM, April 3. " Light rain fell this morning, but not sufficient to supply the needs of the country. The Commission to allocate the cost of the construction of the proposed bridge over the Wairaa River on the main road to Nelson opened this morning. It is expected it will last several days.
