INTERESTING CASES. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Aprjl 3. In the Arbitration Court, an application was made to add to the employers cited by the Dairy Employees' Union all owners of ■ registered dairies who employ, which would embrace people owjiing one or two t cows supplying neighbours. with small quantities of milk There is provision in the existing award for the employment of boy labour at fairly high wages. If ■ these parties are attached they will be unable to deliver small quantities of milk 1 unless they do so personally. The Court adjourned its decision pending a confer- hj enee with a view to arriving at some arrangement- ■“ Jl ' In the case of the Gisborne and East Coast shearers and wool-shed employees. the President stated that the representa-^, ,w tiye of both parties had. signified their, *; willingness to accept an award for shear-' ers on tiro same lines as awards in other centres, and an award for shed hands in”-(! terms of the award about due.
