Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. Received April 3, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, April 2. The rc-valiiation of Barclay and Perkins' brewing business disclosed a depreciation of 24 millions. The firm proposes to write .£1,009,800 off ordinary shares, £1,080,000 off preference shares, and £410,200 off reserves.
