Orders wore made in the following judgment summonsesJ. A. Vernon v. James Ross, £3 8s lOd, in default four days in Wanganui prison; L. Ross v. Ruth Walden (Kanaugaroa), £5 7s 3d, in default five days in the Wanganui prison (order suspended if defendant pays £1 per month, first payment on April 1); John Win. Anderson v. Leonard Butterworth (Ohakune), £7 Os 6d, in default nine Mays’ imprisonment in the Wanganui prison.
