Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. Deceived December 31, 9.40 a.m. MELBOURNE,'December. 31. The Federal treasury made the final payment under the Braddon clause to the States yesterday. The amounts totalled two million, one hundred and sixty thousand sterling. Future payments will bo on the basis of twenty-live shillings per capita.
