The Federal Ministers have approved of the arrangement to spend thirty-live to forty thousand sterling of the Dreadnought fund on a naval college at Sydney. It is estimated that the Dreadnought committee will have fifty thousand for the rural training of English youths, enabling them to handle one hundred and fifty annually. The first batch of boys will be dispatched this month.
