ALBANIAN INSURGENTS.
HOLD CHIEF PASSES. Big Turkish Force Concentrating. Press Association—Telegraph.—Copyright. Received April 29, 10 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 28. One Albanian force eastwards of the railway is holding Sheevki Pass, near Piishtira. A second, consisting of Ghilan and Prcshova insurgents, holds Katchanik Pass, thus threatening Sheevket’s (the Turkish commander's) communications. A third force, composed of Lyuma and Prizre.d Albanians, has rc-oecnpied Tzernoliev Pass, and holds the Prizreud and Ferisovitch Road.
The insurgents refrain from molesting Christian villages. The Turks are overwhelmingly concentrating, towards Katchanik. The electors of Prizreud and Ipck threaten to shoot the deputies of the returned constituencies, accusing three of being in co-operation with the committee of the Union of Progress of Anti-Albanian Policy.
