SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LOAN.
PREJUDICIAL STATEMENT.
Press Association.— I Telegraph.—Copyright LONDON, April 20. The statement, of the South Australian Treasurer, cabled on the 16th iust., that the Government was not concerned in the flotation of the loan, which probably represents recent private purchases of stock, has caused much comment in financial circles. The general opinion is that the statement will serious affect the success of the flotation.
