MURRAY, ROBERTS. AND CO. WOOL, SKIN AND HIDE SALE. Our catalogue, to-day consisted of 4,200 sheepskins, 450 hides and calfskins, besides a considerable quantity of wool in' bag* and fudges, etc. The attendance ot buyers was large, all the usual onerators being present, and bidding was keen, especially for the wool and skin offerings, for which prices may be quoted a fart IK thing to a half penny per lb. higher than previous sale. Hides were bid for freely, but . hardly to the level of last sale. The average of the offering, however, could hardly be considered equal to last sale,, and this, together with the fact that weather conditions were against an •attractive appearance being maintained, possibly accounts for the slight difference •in values.
