WOODVILLE, December 8. Midsummer weather prevailed for the opening day of the Woodville Distii Jockey Club s summer meeting, and the attendance was large. Interesting racing was witnessed. The sum of d£6ll was pass,ed through the totalisator, against =£7821) last year. Ten bookmakers were licensed, nine inside and one outside, the fees amountting to .£195. Concluding results: —
